Your email signature, ready to paste

Two versions below. Pick one, hit copy, and drop it into Gmail. Both are built the way mail clients like it, so they survive forwarding, replies and Outlook.

One, side by side

The badge and your name share a line, split by a hairline. Reads the same on a white or a dark background.

Gmail recolours the text itself. The badge is the part that had to hold up, and it does.

Two, wordmark on top

The warm double exposure leads, your name and the line sit under it. More room for the picture to work.

Into Gmail

  1. Hit Copy this one above.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings, the gear, then See all settings.
  3. Scroll the General tab to Signature, then Create new.
  4. Click into the box and paste with Ctrl + Shift + V, which keeps the formatting and drops Gmail's own styling.
  5. Under Signature defaults, set it for new emails and for replies.
  6. Save changes at the bottom.

On your phone, the Gmail app only keeps plain text, so it writes its own signature. Leave the app one blank or set a single line: Moon · Mounir Productions · 0479 186 265.
